Residential Pool

General

Parents are required to declare any medical conditions that the child has, and HEYSHARK reserves the right to withdraw the student if he or she is deemed unsuitable for lessons.
All 12 lessons within the package must be completed within 16 weeks from the start date, remaining lessons will be forfeited otherwise. (Which include Rain & Lightning, Medical certificate, Holiday) (Additional of 2 weeks extension will be catered for coach) (Extension can be arrange with valid reasons)
For private group class of 2, 3 or 4 in a group, if any participants absent, that individual class will revise to private 1 to 1, 2 in a group or 3 in a group rate including open group class.
In the event of revising of group classes, extension of weeks will be granted.
For all Condominium’s pool, you are required to check with the management if there are any necessary administrative matters that we are required to assist with.
If there is any deposit required by the condo’s management, the amount will have to be borne by the student.
Instructors are allowed to bring a trainee coach with him or her for training purposes.
Payment should always be made before the commencement of any first class of the cycle.
Payment should always be made within 7^th day of the invoice being sent. This is to ensure the security of slot.

Lightning & Rain Policy

In the event of unfavourable weather such as rain, lightning, or any combination of the foregoing, the instructor may in his or her discretion cancel the class for safety concerns. Such decisions may be made before or during class.
The instructor may decide to continue with the class if the rain is light and there are no reports of lightning in the area.
In the event of lightning is reported in the area, any lessons after being kick started will be chargeable. The remaining of time will be schedule to the next few classes as a makeup timing. Subject to availability of coach.
In the event of lightning is reported in the area, the class has yet to start, that individual class will deem to be not chargeable.

Class Cancellation

Cancellation of a class should be informed at least 1.5 hours prior the commencement of the class. Since our instructor travels to the class venue specifically, any cancellation made within 1.5 hours from the commencement of the class will be considered as a chargeable class. (Inclusive of not showing up at the scheduled class)
Kindly check with us for the availability and the schedule of our instructor for arrangement of a make-up class. Make Up classes are subjected to the availability of our instructors.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment can be made via the following methods. We will contact you via WhatsApp or a text message after we have received confirmation of your payment.

Swimming Complex - ACTIVESG POOL

For Pioneer batch students – Which has deposit with us

The deposit is non-refundable.
A one (1) month notice is required for any termination.
The deposit may be used to offset the final month’s fees, subject to proper notice being given.

The notice period commences after the fourth lesson of the preceding month.
- One month’s notice refers to the fourth or fifth lesson of the month.
- If there is a fifth lesson in the withdrawal month, the last lesson will be the fifth lesson.
- If the final month contains a fifth lesson, additional fees must be topped up accordingly.

The deposit will be forfeited if the required one-month notice is not provided.

Term-Based Students

A one (1) month notice is mandatory for any withdrawal.
New term invoices will be issued one month in advance before the completion of the current package.
Parents must inform the admin promptly if they wish to withdraw.

Make-Up Class Policy

Make-up classes are available for the following reasons, subject to class availability:
- Rainy days / lightning alerts
- Pool closures
- Medical reasons (sickness)
- Exams
- Travel
- Personal reasons

Make-up classes cannot be used to offset monthly or term fees.

No pause policy is allowed. Make-up classes will be provided if a student is unable to attend due to travel or exams.

Requests for make-up classes must be made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled lesson.

Make-up classes must be claimed within three (3) months from the date of the missed lesson.

Any unclaimed make-up classes will be automatically forfeited after three (3) months.

Make-up classes are only available to students with active monthly or term-based enrolment.

Make-up classes are non-transferable, including:
- Siblings
- Friends
- Change of location

Parents are responsible for tracking their own make-up classes and arranging them with the admin.

Parents must inform the admin before the start of the lesson if a class will be missed.
Late notice (during or after the lesson) will not be eligible for a make-up class.

If a class is cancelled by the school, a replacement class will be scheduled.
Students who are unable to attend the replacement class may request a make-up class with advance notice.

No refunds will be provided once fees have been paid.

Fees & Payment Policy

Monthly fees will be collected 2–3 lessons before the current package ends to secure the student’s slot.

Term fees will be collected one (1) month in advance before the completion of the current package to:

- Secure the student’s slot
- Allow for the required one-month withdrawal notice, if applicable

Withdrawal requests made with less than one month’s notice will not be accepted and will be carried forward to the next term.

If parents insist on withdrawing with less than one month’s notice without continuing the next term, any remaining paid lessons will be forfeited immediately.

Payment must be made within seven (7) days from the invoice issue date.
Late payment may result in the loss of the allocated class slot.
